Our technical support services are designed with you in mind - we provide the help you need, when you need it, but we’re not just a support desk! What makes us different is the extra things we do to ensure that you are up-to-date with the very latest technology and prepared should any issues occur. This includes regular user bulletins, free webinars and events, all of which ensure that your organisation is in the best possible position.

As experienced CAD users we know how time-consuming and infuriating unexpected technical issues can be and the impact that this down-time can have on time-scales and costs. Our responsibility is to ensure that these issues are dealt with as soon as possible, minimising the impact on you and your project.

We at Quadra are committed to providing you with the right level of support at the right time. Often companies will charge you for analysis of the simplest problem and suggest elaborate and confusing support packages, meaning that you don’t always get the support you require.

What we offer

Dedicated Telephone and Email Help Desk

We provide a dedicated telephone and email help-desk manned Monday to Thursday, 8.30am-5.15pm Friday 8.30am - 1pm. Outside of these hours we are still able to pick up calls and emails. Fast Response Rates

95% of all calls are responded to within an hour and we track and measure our response rates, call escalation rates and how quickly a support case is closed. We pride ourselves on being there when you need us.

Flexible Solutions to meet your needs

Much of the time we are able to fix problems through our remote login service. This ensures down-time is kept to a minimum and challenges are dealt with as soon as they arise, helping to ensure that costs are kept as low as possible.
