In an industry like engineering, public and economic confidence about the professionalism and competence of engineers is important. This has contributed to a raised awareness of CPD in recent years.

There is still however a common misunderstanding with some employers that CPD takes significant time which may result in periods of “out of the business”. However, the availability of more flexible CPD suited to engineering and manufacturing professionals has increased significantly in recent years – especially with the introduction of online learning, short courses and half-day workshops, as well as distance learning.

Quadra’s Continuous Development Programmes have been developed to assist new and developing software users update and expanding their personal skills and enhance their CAD proficiency from novice to ‘Certified Professional’.

This 9-month, scheduled programmes are delivered by our team and enable conscious and proactive learning, rather than passive and reactive. The courses cover AutoCAD, Inventor or Revit usage and can be delivered to cater to Basic, Advanced or Specialised levels in accordance with your business requirements. At the end of the programme, the student has the opportunity to return to our Training Centre to take an invigilated Certified Professional
exam.
