Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
Quadra Solutions Limited will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
If you are returning an item because of an error on your part we will refund the cost of the item by the original method of purchase within 10 working days.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
- where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
Items returned under the 30-day or 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery (or between seven and 14 days in the case of large electrical items), and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
Our 30-day returns guarantee
Our 30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact, clothing must have labels attached) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.
* Note: Our returns guarantee for large items delivered via specialist courier is limited to 14 days.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
Return a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If the item was damaged in transit
- If you take delivery of a Quadra Solutions package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange.
If the item is defective
- You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.
Note: in the event of Quadra Solutions Limited sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to Quadra Solutions Limited within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 30 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
Return a Large Item: 14-day Returns Guarantee
For the purposes of this returns policy, "large item" means any item that is 30 kg or heavier, any large item as was delivered to you via a specialist courier. The courier would have unpacked the item on delivery and asked you to sign a delivery slip to confirm you'd received the correct item and checked for damage in transit.

If you are unhappy with your large item, you may return it to Quadra Solutions Limited within 14 days of the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all packaging materials, manuals and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
