Educated post GCSEs, candidates should have either had success in technical sales or have previous experience in the PCB industry with a desire to develop a more commercial side to their skills.

Your principal task will be to generate sales revenue.  This will be done by developing relationships with existing clients as well as generating new business sales of varying value. Initially the role will be an internal Sales role based from Quadra’s impressive head office in Accrington.  In time, and with experience and success, it is expected that the level of responsibility will increase and an external Sales role will develop.  You should be comfortable speaking and dealing with representatives from any level of an organisation and work well both within a team and as an individual.

The successful candidates will:

• Achieve sales targets
• Fortress and grow market share including competitive displacement
• Generate new sales leads
• Be an excellent ambassador for both the Quadra and Zuken brands
• Extend and manage customer relationships
• Build loyalty by dealing effectively with customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further their sales career in an exciting and technical market.  Initially working very closely with an existing and experienced Area Sales Manager, you will develop and enhance existing skills to the specific and demanding requirements of this competitive industry.  Assisting in generating new business as well as developing relationships with existing customers, you will be an excellent communicator both in writing and orally. The role is primarily office based from Accrington although you will be required to initially accompany team members on customer visits and presentations. On achieving initial success, in time it is then expected that you will take on more responsibility and grow into a role with your own customers and geographical area to manage and develop in terms of new business sales.

You will be already educated to a post GCSE level.  You will be a quick learner, ambitious  and have a positive mentality.

PCB Designer

Salary negotiable

Required to work in our busy PCB design bureau, this is an office-based role working from our headquarters in Accrington, Lancashire. Experience of designing PTH and multilayer boards essential. The ideal candidate will also have a thorough understanding of the design principles required for high speed digital designs, Power supply design, Analog circuitry, and RF/Microwave design, coupled with a knowledge of PCB manufacturing and assembly techniques. CADSTAR experience preferred, but not essential as full training can be given.
