Autodesk Stage 3 Training Courses
You will find details on our Stage Three Autodesk Training Courses below. These courses are for more advanced users of Autodesk software.
AutoCAD Creating and Presenting 3D Models
Course duration - 3 days
This course provides a basic understanding of how to design and modify 3D models using AutoCAD software. Creating 3D models helps users better visualise and present designs that are created with CAD. This course introduces delegates to the fundamental concepts and workflows for creating 3D models with AutoCAD. Delegates explore how to create and modify both solid and surface models. Delegates learn how to present their designs while they are still being created, using visualisation tools such as visual styles, model walk and fly throughs, materials, and lighting. Delegates also learn how to output 3D models from the CAD system to either paper or a distributable, electronic version. The concepts and practices taught will help delegates take their AutoCAD designs to the next dimension – 3D! Hands-on exercises throughout the course demonstrate the modelling process using techniques that can be applied to the mainstream drafting industries. The exercises printed in the book are also provided in an on-screen format that can be viewed in conjunction with AutoCAD.
AutoCAD CAD Management
Course duration - 2 days
This course helps delegates understand the technical elements of CAD Management support. CAD managers learn how to reach larger CAD management goals of standardising the work environment to attain greater productivity for their users. Hands-on exercises are used to demonstrate the concepts that are taught.
Autodesk Inventor Rendering and Animating with Inventor Studio
Course duration - 1 day
This course covers the fundamental principles and recommended workflows for creating photo-realistic renderings and animations of 3D parts and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor. Delegates learn the correct techniques and recommended workflows for defining the appearance of 3D models, creating and positioning light sources, and customising camera settings to create renderings and animations in Autodesk Inventor. Hands-on exercises representing real-world, industry-specific design scenarios are included.
Autodesk Inventor Professional Dynamic Simulation and Stress Analysis
Course duration - 1 day
This course covers the fundamental principles and recommended workflows for creating dynamic simulations of mechanisms using Autodesk Inventor Professional. Delegates learn how to validate mechanical designs by simulating the operation of mechanisms and motorised assemblies. They also learn how to share important load information with the Stress Analysis environment. Hands-on exercises representing real-world, industry-specific design scenarios are included.
Autodesk Inventor Professional Routed Systems Design
Course duration - 1 day
This course covers the fundamental principles and recommended workflows for creating routed systems for plant and industrial equipment design using Autodesk Inventor Professional. Delegates learn the proper techniques and recommended workflows for designing and documenting rigid tubing, flexible hose and piping systems. Hands-on exercises representing real-world, industry specific design scenarios are included.
Stage One Training Courses
Beginners training courses in AutoCAD, Autodesk Mechanical, and Autodesk Inventor covering aspects such as AutoCAD Essentials.
Stage Two Training Courses
More intermediate training courses in AutoCAD, Autodesk Mechanical, and Autodesk Inventor covering aspects such as complex shape design and sheet metal design.
